My name is Micheline and health has always been my passion.
For 20 years I worked in accounting and administrative fields. I received many massages either to alleviate pain or just to relax. That’s why I decided to change careers and help people improve and maintain good health.
I did my training to become a certified massage therapist in 2004 in a renowned school recognized in Swedish massage; specializing in therapeutic and relaxation massages. I take continuing education courses on a regular basis to better serve you.
Each massage is personalized and a follow-up is done before each session. I do not believe in painful massages and therefore try to keep the pain to a minimum. The effects of the massage can keep working up to 48 hours. When needed, I will make recommendations on how to improve your posture and give exercises.
Massage therapy is my passion and I would like the opportunity to share it with you and make you discover this wellness for body and soul.
